Dear Ms. Sola:
As the Property Manager of Cove Towers Preserve, I would like to express my appreciation to one of the crews that have worked in my two buildings. I am referring to Dark Fiber's MDU team.; I have faced many issues regarding the project of the Comcast to Summit switch. By the time I met Dark Fiber's MDU team I had lost all hope of wiring my buildings successfully, only to be met with a very courteous and knowledgeable team. Since the Dark Fiber MDU team came on board, the wiring project has been a smooth and pleasant experience. I would also like to mention that many anxious owners emailed me to say just how polite and nice this team is and that they were delight to converse with.

Hello Jeanine
I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how professional and helpful the team of Dark Fiber MDU were during the initial pulling of fiber to the units.
They had the task of pulling to our 02 stacks which were completely different than all the others due to the boxes being located in an exterior HVAC Closet.
All the units that were done by Dark Fiber were done correctly and without issues.
They were also tasked with repairing the drywall damage that was done by the electrical contractors when installing the electrical outlets in the laundry room.
I received several complements from unit owners saying they were pleased with the drywall repairs and that the laundry rooms were left neat and clean.

I am writing to express my appreciate for the diligent and professional assistance that was provided to me on over the past two days (Friday 11/21/14 & Monday 11/24/14) by Dark Fiber's MDU team. This team went the "extra mile" necessary to bring this job to fruition and they demonstrated both knowledge, expertise, and resourcefulness that were necessary to overcome a variety of obstacles, both those inherent to the job at hand, as well as those resulting from the shortcomings of other employees previously involved in this installation. I can definitively say that without the team's insight and initiative, this installation would not have been successfully completed, and I would have remained a very dissatisfied customer.
I am certainly going to express to Tom Foster at Summit-Broadband my gratitude for the effor of the team, and for your role in making them available for this installation.
